Description
RedBite’s interoperable smart asset management system, Smart Facilities, crowdsources the collective maintenance and management of facilities. The system enables disconnected assets to become Smart Assets. RedBite’s mobile app makes it convenient and simple for users and maintenance teams to engage with the assets around them, simply by scanning the item’s QR code with their smartphone.
Users can alert maintenance teams to any asset faults and maintenance teams will receive real-time updates and notifications of any issues. The feedback from occupants is incorporated into the asset’s profile page, where all information relating to the asset, such as manufacturer and spare parts details, historical maintenance records and user manuals, is safely stored.
Thanks to the unique system, real-time information about operations, usage and the management of assets is available. This increases the efficiency of asset management and improves occupant experience by allowing them to interact with assets, facilities management teams and other occupants.
