Hypercat Summit
London 2015

Smart Systems. Intelligent Universe.
Queen Elizabeth II Centre, Westminster.

Access Programme
Merlin, Lord Erroll, Chairman of Hypercat, and Justin Anderson, CEO of Flexeye, brought together 400 leaders from industry and government for the Hypercat Summit 2015 at Westminster, London on 8th June.  Esteemed guests, including Lords, Ladies, CIOs of FTSE100 companies and leaders of some of the most innovative start ups, came together to discuss the multi-dimensional world of Smart Systems and the revolutionary impact they are having on our world.

In a high-energy, fast paced format based on the recent BBC leaders’ debate, 35 speakers took to the stage to address some of the biggest issues facing us today: ‘What is the impact of connecting everything on the planet to the cloud?’ ‘Will robots eat our jobs?’ ‘What are the new business models?’ ‘How will we live?’ and ultimately ‘How will we make a dent in universe?’, as positioned by the late Steve Jobs. Click here to read the full blog and visit our press page for the media coverage.

The summit program was broken down into four key sessions including, the Internet of Things, Artificial Intelligence, Smart Industry and Smart City, following the welcome notes from Hypercat lead partner and summit co-host, Justin Anderson, on 'Make A Dent In The Universe', and Independent Policy Advisor Simon Anholt on 'The Moral Imperative'. Below you will find videos of the welcome talk from both Justin and Simon as well as the highlights, keynote speeches and Q&A for each session. The aim of the Q&A was to drive ecosystem engagement which positioned the leaders' debate.
